1. Unless otherwise directed, any dividend or other monies payable in cash on or in respect of a share may be paid by cheque or warrant sent through the post to the registered address of the member or person entitled, or, in the case of joint holders, to the registered address of that one whose name stands first on the register in respect of joint holding, or addressed to such person at such address as the holder or joint holders shall direct.

3. The Register of members shall be closed at such times and for such period the directors may from time to time determine provided always that it shall not be closed for more than thirty (30) days a year.

4. To give effect to any such sale the directors may authorise some person to transfer the shares sold to the purchaser and the directors may enter the purchaser's name in the Register as the holder of the shares.

Only the person whose name stands first in the Register of members as one of the joint-holders of any share shall be entitled to delivery of the Certificate relating to such share or to receive notices from the Company and to vote in respect of such share at Meetings and any notice given to such person shall be deemed notice to all the joint- holders.

9. Every person whose name is entered as a member in the Register shall be entitled within two (2) months after allotment or within one month after the lodgement of any transfer to one certificate for all his shares of any one class or to several certificates in reasonable denominations each for a part of the shares so allotted or transferred.
