1. Provided, however, if any such works (or portion thereof) shall not be legally qualified as a “work made for hire”, or shall subsequently be so held not to be a “work made for hire”, then AAA agrees and shall cause the Study Team to agree to sign such documents and do such acts or things, or procure the signing of such documents or the doing of such acts or things as are necessary to vest ownership of the Inventions solely in the name of Sponsor and shall assign all of their interests therein without compensation to Sponsor or its nominee whenever requested to do so by Sponsor.
