1. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted against any Party because such Party or its legal representative drafted such provision.
译文：本协议的任何条款不得因任何一方或其法定代表人起草了该条款而作出对该方不利的解释。
2. The language used in this Agreement is the language chosen by the parties to express their mutual intent, and no provision of this Agreement will be interpreted for or against any party because that party or its attorney drafted the provision.
译文：本协议中使用的语言是各方为表达共同意图而选择的语言，本协议的任何条款都不得因任何一方或其律师起草了该条款而被解释为对该方有利或不利。
3. Nothing in this Deed is to be interpreted against a party solely on the ground that the party put forward this Deed or any part of it.
译文：不得以某一方当事人提出本协议的全部或者部分内容为唯一理由，而对本协议的任何条款作出不利于该方当事人的解释。
4. No ambiguity shall be resolved against any party by virtue of its participation in the drafting of this Agreement. 
译文：发生任何歧义时，不得因任何一方参与起草本协议而对该歧义作出不利于该方的解释。
5. This Deed is not to be construed to the disadvantage of a party because that party was responsible for its preparation.     
译文：不得因一方负责本协议的编制而作出本协议不利于该方的推定。
6. The normal rule of construction that any ambiguities be resolved against the drafting party shall not apply to the interpretation of this Lease or any exhibits or amendments hereto.
译文：对任何含混条款通常采用的不利于起草方的解释规则，不适用于本租赁协议及其任何附件和修改的解释。
7. The rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in interpreting this Agreement.
译文：在解释本协议时，不得采用推定歧义不利于起草方的方法。
8. Any rule of construction that a document is to be construed against the drafting Party shall not be applicable to this Agreement.
译文：任何对起草方不利的文件推定规则均不适用于本协议。
9. No Inference Against Author.
译文：不得推定对起草方不利。
10. A party shall however have the right to withdraw any of the affidavit so filed at any time prior to commencement of cross¬examination of that witness, without any adverse inference being drawn based on such withdrawal:
