1. Any intellectual property Distributor may develop in the course of and/or resulting from and/or following its performance of this Agreement or which relates in any manner to the Products and/or to the technologies shall be the property of Party A and is hereby assigned to Party A. Distributor agrees to execute any formal assignments or other documents as Party A may request to effectuate this assignment.
