1. The Supplier shall hold all Customer Materials in safe custody at its own risk, maintain the Customer Materials in good condition until returned to the Customer Party, and not dispose of or use the Customer Materials other than in accordance with the Customer Party's written instructions or authorization:

Licensee shall keep proper records and accounting books showing the quality, description and price of the Licensed Products supplied or put into use, and such records and books shall be kept separate from any records and books not relating solely to the Licensed Products and be open at all times to inspection and audit at Licensor’s costs to Licensor or its duly authorized agent or representative who shall be entitled to take copies of or extracts from the same, and in the event such inspection or audit should reveal a discrepancy in the Licence Fees paid from those payable under this Agreement Licensee shall immediately make up the payment shortfall and also reimburse Licensor in respect of any professional charges incurred for such audit or inspection.

5. If dangerous Article s or perishable goods are not handled according to stipulations or are not carefully stored, and are thereby damaged, it shall be liable for paying compensation for the losses.

According to applicable legal and regulatory norms and/or the contents as regulated in these Terms and Conditions, during the performance of the Services and after their conclusion, for the purposes of documenting significant aspects, if necessary, AAA shall retain and keep copies and notes of all Data that is provided to AAA as a result of or arising from the performance of the Services and is used as a basis for the work product.

10. CONTRACTOR and its affiliated companies and subcontractors shall maintain books, records, correspondence, instructions, plans, drawings, receipts, vouchers, memoranda and other evidence (the foregoing constitute “records” for the purpose of this Paragraph), according to such accounting procedures and practices as are satisfactory to COMPANY, sufficient to accurately and properly reflect costs incurred by CONTRACTOR and submit invoice and fapiao to COMPANY under this CONTRACT and the disposition of any material, tools or equipment provided by COMPANY to CONTRACTOR.
