1. For the purpose of this Agreement, a “Complaint” means a written, electronic or oral communication that alleges deficiencies related to the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance of a Product after it is released for distribution.

2. 3. The Company, the Company Subsidiaries and the AAA Group Companies have not received any customer complaint concerning their products and services, nor have they had any of their products returned by a purchaser thereof, other than complaints and returns in the ordinary course of business.
