1. The Company's banking accounts shall be kept with such banker or bankers as the Board shall from time to time determine.

9. The Purchaser shall on Completion pay the Deferred Payment into the designated interest-bearing account opened and maintained with the Escrow Agent (the "Escrow Account").

10. A director or the general manager may not deposit company assets into an account in his own name or in any other individual's name.
