乙方如未按时支付款项，甲方有权解除此协议，且甲方因此导致的所有损失及产生的额外费用均由乙方承担。
(VI) In case of Party B's failure to make payment as scheduled, Party A has the right to terminate this Agreement, and any and all the losses and additional expenses incurred to Party A therefrom shall be Party B's burden.
本协议未尽事宜由双方友好协商解决，协商解决不成的，双方均可将该争议诉至本协议签署地北京市西城区人民法院。
Any and all the issues not covered hereby shall be resolved through friendly negotiation by the Parties. In case of failure to reach a solution through negotiation, each Party may refer such dispute to the People's Court of Xicheng District, Beijing, where this Agreement is concluded.
本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力，自甲、乙双方盖章后生效。
