乙方应在本协议签订后20个工作日内将资助款项汇至甲方账户，甲方确认收到款项后为乙方开具增值税专用发票。
Party B shall remit the sponsorship to Party A's account within 20 working days of the execution of this Agreement, and Party A shall issue a special VAT invoice for Party B after confirming receipt of the sponsorship.
款项支付后，乙方有权向甲方了解款项的使用情况，但应以书面形式进行查询，甲方应在收到乙方的查询函后七个工作日内，将款项的使用情况书面报告给乙方。
Upon the payment, Party B shall have the right to inquire about the use of the payment from Party A, provided that any the inquiry shall be made in writing. Within seven working days upon receipt of any inquiry from Party B, Party A shall submit a report on the use of the sponsorship to Party B in writing.
合同双方均应对履行本合同过程中所获得的对方的商业秘密予以保密，未经对方书面许可，不得擅自向任何第三方披露。
Each Party shall keep confidential the other Party's business secrets obtained during the execution and performance of this Agreement, and shall not disclose them to any third party without the written permission of the other Party.
自本协议生效之日起，双方应严格依约履行。若任何一方违反本协议规定，应在对方提出赔偿损失之日起10日内予以赔偿。
Each of the Parties shall strictly fulfill the Agreement from the effective date of this Agreement. In case of either Party's violation of this Agreement, it shall make compensation within 10 days from the date of the other Party's claim for damages.
