本协议的订立、变更、履行和争议的解决适用甲方注册地法律。双方同意，与本协议有关的一切纠纷，由双方当事人协商解决，如协商不成，则任何一方有权将争议提交甲方注册地的劳动争议仲裁机构仲裁解决。上述约定不影响甲方请求公安、市场监督管理、知识产权等政府管理部门对乙方侵权行为或违法行为进行处理。
The execution, modification, and performance of this Agreement and the settlement of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Party A is registered. Both Parties agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by both Parties through negotiation, failing which either Party may submit the dispute to the labor dispute arbitration institution in the jurisdiction where Party A is registered for arbitration. The above provision shall be without prejudice to Party A's right to request any government authority in charge of public security, market supervision and management, or intellectual property or any other competent government authority to deal with Party B's infringement or illegal acts.
甲乙双方建立的关系性质(劳动关系、劳务关系、劳务派遣关系、聘用关系等)以双方签署的其他协议为准，但无论何种关系性质，本协议一经签署，即发生法律效力。
The nature of the relationship between Party A and Party B (labor relationship, labor service relationship, labor dispatch relationship, employment relationship, etc.) shall be governed by other applicable agreements entered into by and between Party A and Party B. Provided, however, that this Agreement shall become legally effective as of the date of its execution, regardless of the nature of any such relationship.
本协议一式叁份，甲方执贰份，乙方执壹份，具有同等法律效力。
This Agreement is made and exists in triplicate with two copies held by Party A and one copy held by Party B, each of which shall be equally valid.
本人已经详细阅读上述协议，特别是其中的违约责任、违约金条款，并同意履行上述协议。
I have carefully read the above Agreement, especially the provisions on liability for breach and liquidated damages, and agree to perform the above Agreement.
