在职期间，就本协议相关事宜，甲方可通过劳动合同或其他文件中乙方提供的地址进行送达。
During the Employment Period, Party A may serve any notice in respect of the matters under or relating to this Agreement on Party B at any address provided by Party B in the employment agreement or other documents.
无论乙方是否实际查阅或拒收，甲方通过上述方式之一向乙方发出通知时，即视为乙方已经查阅。如乙方联系方式有变更，应立即书面告知甲方。
Any notice sent by Party A to Party B by any of the above means, regardless of whether Party B has actually confirmed the receipt or refused to receive, shall be deemed that Party B has confirmed the receipt thereof. In case of any change to Party B's contact information, Party B shall promptly notify Party A in writing.
