1. In case of change in the address or accounts the Parties shall inform in written form each other about it during 10 (ten) calendar days since the date of such changes.

        2. In case of any change, the Party making such change shall give the other Party a written notice fifteen (15) days prior to agreed payment date and such change shall take effect on the date of signature by the authorized representatives of the Parties on such notice.

        3.
