1. Titles or captions of articles and paragraphs contained in this Agreement are inserted only as a matter of convenience and for reference, and in no way define, limit, extend, or describe the scope of this Agreement or the intent of any provision hereof.

         2. Clause, schedule and paragraph headings shall not affect the interpretation of the framework agreement or any Service Contract.

All references in this Agreement to articles, sections, subsections, and other subdivisions refer to corresponding articles, sections, subsections, and other subdivisions of this Agreement unless expressly provided otherwise.
