1. Where the day on or by which any thing is to be done is not a Business Day, that thing must be done on or by the next Business Day.

         2. A working day excludes a Saturday, Sunday and any public holiday in the place of receipt; a working day means normal business hours of the recipient and any notice received outside normal business hours shall be deemed received at the next commencement of normal business hours.

         3. If any time period for giving notice or taking action under this Agreement expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

         4. Where payment is to be made by transfer to a registered account, payment instructions (for value on the due date or, if that is not a business day (as defined below), for value on the first following day which is a business day) will be initiated or, in the case of a payment of principal, if later, on the business day on which the relevant Certificate is surrendered at the specified office of an Agent.

         5. In this Condition 8, the expression "business day" means a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) upon which commercial banks are open for business and settlement of Renminbi payments in Hong Kong.

         6. If any Interest Payment Date would otherwise fall on a day which is not a business day (as defined below), it shall be postponed to the next day which is a business day unless it would thereby fall into the next calendar month in which event it shall be brought forward to the immediately preceding business day.

         7. “Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which national banking associations or state banking institutions in Detroit, Michigan or the city in which the Trust Office of the Liquidation Trustee is located are authorized or obligated by law or executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

         8. "Business Day(s)" shall mean each day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday on which banking institutions located in New York, New York or Beijing, China are authorized or obligated by Law or executive order to close.
         译文：“营业日”，是指除星期六、星期日以及纽约州纽约市、中国北京的银行机构依据法律、行政条例的规定或授权关门停业的节假日之外的任何一天。
         9. "London Banking Day" – Any Day other than a Saturday or a Sunday or any other day on which banks are closed in London, England.
         译文：“伦敦银行营业日”——除星期六、星期日、英国伦敦的银行中止营业的其他时间之外的任何一天。
         10. in the case of a fax or an email, at the time of despatch (provided that, if the date of despatch is not a Business Day, it shall be deemed to have been received at the opening of business on the next Business Day).
         译文：通过传真或者电子邮件送达的，发送时间视为送达时间（但发送日为非营业日的，发送日的下一个营业日开门营业时间视为送达时间）。
