1. The terms and conditions of the Contract shall be interpreted in accordance with ICC International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (INCOTERM 2000 Edition) and ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 500).

         5. The Bank may, on an exceptional basis, and subject to such conditions as it may impose from time to time, accept applications for the issuance of documentary credits relating to goods already received by the Borrowers but not paid for.

         6. Documentary Credit opening commission for each validity period of six months will be charged as follows:

Unless otherwise set forth in the Contract, the payment of the 70% mentioned above shall be made through an irrevocable, transferable and divisible documentary credit to be opened in favor of Thales LAS France within thirty (30) days from signature of the Contract and to be confirmed by a first class French bank within the aforesaid period of thirty (30) days.

         9. Furthermore, it shall be extendable at Party A’s request to allow complete drawing and shall authorize pro rata payments for partial deliveries.
         译文：此外，经甲方提出要求后，跟单信用证应为可延期跟单信用证，以便完成提款，在部分交货的情况下应授权按比例付款。
         10. All costs and expenses in connection with the opening, notification and extension of such documentary credit shall be borne by the Customer.
