1. Upon receipt of the Leased Facilities or transfer of possession of the Leased Facilities to Party B, the risk of accidental destruction of or damage to the Leased Facilities shall be transferred to Party B. The liability of the possessor of a major source of danger shall be transferred to Party B at the same moment. From the moment of acceptance of the Leased Facilities, Party B shall be held liable, in front of Party A, for any deficiencies of the Leased Facilities as well as for any claims and damage arising from such deficiencies.

        2. The Customer must keep the Goods insured against all risks for goods of that kind from the time the risk in the Goods passes to the Customer until the time the title in the Goods passes to the Customer.

        3. Title and risk in Products shall remain in Seller until they are delivered at the point specified in the Order and transferred to Buyer's possession, at which time title and risk in the Products shall transfer to Buyer.

        6. Every share certificate sent in accordance with the Articles will be sent at the risk of the member or other person entitled to the certificate.

        10.
