8. Should Customer be eligible for are fund of VAT or Similar Taxes imposed under the laws of the Service Provider's country, the Service Provider shall use all reasonable efforts to support Customer in obtaining the aforementioned claim for refund from the tax authorities.

9. The Parties are and shall be independent contractors to one another, and nothing herein shall be deemed to cause this Agreement to create an agency, partnership, or joint venture between the Parties.

10. Furthermore, except in case of willful misconduct, the Service Provider shall not be liable for consequential loss or other indirect damages.
