1. Interest shall be payable by Buyer from the date due until the payment is received by Seller calculated at a rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum. An administrative charge of ten percent (10%) of such past due amounts shall be payable with respect to each overdue payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing such interest and late charges shall not exceed the maximum non-usurious amount permitted by applicable law.

2. The late fee on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due until the date of receipt of payment.

3. Any payment not timely received as set by the credit terms shall bear late fee of 5% per month.

4. If Client fails to make payment of any due and payable invoice, Client shall pay interest and/or late charges in a total amount of one percent (1).

5. Party B must make pay rent on schedule. Party A has the right to take back the rented vehicle and charge extra rent and late fee (3 per cent to the whole arrearage per day).

6. If the Supervisor does not receive payment within the time specified he shall be paid Compensation calculated from the last day of the specified paying period.

7. If Party B late payment, Party B shall be late by a day during 5% of the total fines paid to the Party, but the fines do not exceed the maximum total amount payable

8. In case of Party B's overdue payment, Party B shall be liable for delayed payment based on the above-mentioned charging standards specified by the qualified authorities and shall also pay a delinquency charge of 0.3% of the amount paid overdue on a daily basis to Party A or the property management company.
译文：如乙方逾期付款，除按照上述收费部门确定的标准承担逾期付款责任外，每逾期1天，还应按逾期费用的0.3%向甲方或物业管理部门支付滞纳金。
9. In case Party B delays in the payment of the rent, property management and operating expenses or any other expenses payable as agreed in this Contract and fails to pay within five working days after Party A or the property management company's sending of a notice of a call in writing, whether Party B has paid such utility expenses as water and electricity charges, etc, of the Building, Party A or the property management company shall have the right to turn off the switches of such facilities of water and electricity supplies, etc, of the Building and cease the delivery of any other property services until Party B settles all the expenses and delinquency charge unpaid, without prejudice to Party A's any other rights. Party A shall not be liable for any of the influences on Party B caused thereby. and Party B shall bear the rent, property management and operating expenses of the Building and any other expenses as agreed in this Contract during the period in which Party A takes the measures set out in this article, as well as the expenses for reconnecting the supplies of water, electricity and any other public utilities.

10. The Late Charge in no way relieves the City from payment of any other amount payable to AAA under this Agreement (including the Fees and/or the Termination Fee if applicable).
译文：滞纳金不以任何方式免除主办城市向AAA支付本协议项下任何其他应付金额的义务（包括上文定义的“费用”和/或终止费（如适用））。
