1. Buyer has the right upon sixty (60) days written notice to make its own transportation arrangements provided that such arrangements are reasonably acceptable to Seller. If Buyer decides to arrange for its own transportation, then, notwithstanding the INCO Term designation set forth is the Special Provisions, the Products shall be tendered FCA XXX Port.
