1. In the event a translation of this Agreement is provided by Seller, Seller and Buyer agree that the English version controls.
译文：如卖方提供本协议的翻译版本，卖方和买方一致同意以英语版本为准。
2. If this Agreement is translated into another language other than English, in the event of any conflict between the English language version of the Agreement and the version of the Agreement in any other language, the English language version of the Agreement will control.
译文：如本协议翻译成除英语之外的其他语言版本，在本协议的英语版本与任何其他语言版本之间发生任何冲突时，以英语版本为准。
3. This Agreement is written and executed in Chinese and English, and both language versions shall be equally authentic. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail on the premise of full reference of the Chinese version.
译文：本协议以中文和英文书写和签署，两种文本具有同等效力。如有不一致之处，以英文版本为准，但须充分参考中文版本。
4. Any communication to be given in connection with the matters contemplated by this Agreement shall except where expressly provided otherwise be in writing and in the English language and shall be sent by registered mail addressed to the address of the other Party as set out below unless and until a Party notifies the other Party in accordance with the foregoing of a change of address.
译文：除另有明确规定外，与本协议所述事项有关的任何通信应以书面英语的形式作出，并通过挂号信寄至收件方的以下相应地址，或者收件方按照上述规定通知的新地址。
5. The English translation is for information only and in case of translation conflict, the herein Chinese statements shall prevail.
译文：英文译本仅供参考，如有翻译冲突，以中文版本为准。
6. Notices or other communications required to be given by either Party pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions shall be written in Chinese and English.
译文：任何一方依据通用条款和条件的规定发出的通知或者其他通信应当以中文和英文书写。
7. I, AAA, being fluent in both English and Chinese Language, hereby declare that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the under-mentioned translation is a combination of translation and transliteration of the English company name into the Chinese Language and in the event of any inconsistency, the English name will prevail:
译文：本人AAA，精通英语和中文，特此声明：在本人的知识和能力范围内，以下译文是对英语的汉语翻译及公司名称的音译，如发生任何不一致，应以英语名称为准：
8. Language. If this Agreement made in English or Chinese version, and if there is any discrepancy in the meanings, English version will prevail.
译文：语言：本协议英语和中文版本之间出现歧义的，应以英语版本为准。
9. The minutes of each meeting shall be kept in detail in Chinese, signed by each director present and archived by the company for future reference.
译文：每次董事会会议应详细作出记录，并由出席会议的全体董事签字。会议记录用中文书写，由本公司存档备查。
10. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in [Chinese and] English.
译文：仲裁庭由三位仲裁员组成。仲裁程序应以［中文和］英语进行。
