If an Account Manager's or Senior Account Manager's sales number, based on the previous year's shipment sales of the AMs responsible products, in the AMs responsible geography is below $100,000USD, the bonus commission plan will be based on the Account Manager's or Senior Account Manager's annual sales goal instead of the previous year's sales results.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Designated Renewal Customer is entitled to a discount equal to ten percent (10%) or greater, as determined by AAA, AAA will continue to take maintenance renewal orders directly and AAA will pay Reseller a commission equal to 10% of the net maintenance renewal amount of such order where Reseller was actively engaged in the sales efforts leading to the placement of such order.
