1. The Service Provider grants to Party B, for the Term, a fully paid-up, non-exclusive right to use such the Service Provider patent, copyright and other intellectual property rights to the extent necessary and for the sole purpose of providing the relevant Services to the benefit of Party B and the Service Recipients in accordance with this Agreement.
