1. Each Service Contract shall come into force on the date it is agreed by its parties in accordance with this clause 2 or such later date as is specified in the Service Contract and shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this framework agreement or by law, until the Services set out in the Service Contract have been performed.

4. AAA's assignment shall not take effect until the expiration of such thirty day period.

5. Unless terminated sooner under this Article 11, this Agreement shall be effective for the term commencing upon the Effective Date until thirty (30) days after the completion of the Research Program and the receipt by AAA of all reports and materials due to AAA under this Agreement.

6. In cases where this Agreement shall only be considered effective in the country where Licensee is located on the condition that if certain authority approval or registration with authorities is granted, this Agreement shall become effective at the date of receipt by Licensor of the last official authority approval and/or registration document and/or authority confirmed information.

7. Such interest rate shall be binding for the purposes of this Agreement on all parties and will be retrospective to and take effect from the commencement of the relevant Interest Period unless otherwise agreed.

8. Section forty-one of this Act shall come into operation on the passing of this Act, and the remainder of this Act shall come into operation on such day as Her Majesty may by Order in Council appoint.

9. This Agreement is effective as of the date of the execution of this Agreement and shall continue until the completion of the Study (as defined in the Protocol) or such other date as may be agreed to by the parties or as otherwise terminated as outlined in Article 18 (Termination).

10. This Agreement shall enter into effect from the date of execution of this Agreement by all of the Parties or their duly authorized representatives.
