1. The Service Provider shall be able to import and export within the Territory. If the Service Provider clears the Products through customs on Party B’s behalf, the Service Provider shall pay for the customs duty according to the valid originals or copies of receipts issued by the local customs. Party B is not responsible for any customs duty.

2.
