1. The initial term of this Agreement shall be 5 years from the Effective Date and this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional 5 year terms thereafter. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, or for no reason, upon 30 days written notice during the initial term or upon 30 days written notice at any time thereafter to the other Party.

2. This framework agreement shall commence on the Framework Agreement Commencement Date and shall continue, unless terminated in accordance with its terms.
