1. Should Client fail to pay any amount due under this Agreement within the time frame set forth herein, Client shall be subject to interest charged on all amounts due at an amount equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, to accrue on a daily basis on any unpaid balances.

8. The Sponsor will provide a guaranty of one hundred percent (100%) of the principal amount, all accrued interest, late charges, expenses, fees and other charges arising under the Loan (the "Repayment Guaranty").

9.
