1. AAA’S appoints DISTRIBUTOR as its non-exclusive distributor for the Market in the Territory. DISTRIBUTOR accepts this appointment. DISTRIBUTOR shall purchase, promote, market, resell and service the Products under their brand name(s) in the Market in the Territory.

All legal and financial consequences of the appointment of sub-distributors or agents shall be the sole responsibility of DISTRIBUTOR.
