1. If any Member be a minor, he may vote by his guardian or one of his guardians who may give their votes personally or by proxy.

The Directors may call on the executors or administrators of a deceased Member or the guardian of an infant Member or any committee or other legal curator of a lunatic Member or the trustee in bankruptcy or liquidator of any bankrupt Member or company in liquidation or any other person becoming entitled to shares in consequence of the death, lunacy, infancy or bankruptcy of any Member, to transfer the shares of such deceased, bankrupt, infant or lunatic Member to some person to be approved by the Directors and if they do not comply forthwith with such call they shall be deemed to have served the Company with a Transfer Notice under Article 26 hereof and to have specified therein a sum equal to the amount paid up on the shares as the fair value thereof and the subsequent provisions of these Articles shall take effect.

Any person becoming entitled to a share in consequence of the death or bankruptcy of any Member or any guardian of an infant Member or any committee or other legal curator of a lunatic Member, upon producing such evidence that he sustains the character in respect of which he proposes to act under this Regulation or of his title, as the Directors think sufficient, and with the consent of the Directors (which they shall not be under any obligation to give), and subject as hereinafter provided, either be registered as a Member in respect of such shares or may elect to have some person nominated by him registered as the transferee thereof.
