为扩大法律实务类作品的传播途径，共同推进和繁荣我国的法律实务研究事业和法律信息产业，甲乙双方就“【】律师事务所”官方网站（【】）等线上媒介中公开发布的“【】”（以下合称“作品”）电子化的制作和传播达成如下合作协议：
In order to expand the channels for the dissemination of works on legal practice  and promote the prosperity of the research in legal practice and legal information industry in China with joint efforts,  Party A and Party B hereby agree as follows in respect of the cooperation on the electronic production and dissemination of the "[ ]" (collectively the "Works", and each a "Work") published in online media such as the official website of [ ] Law Firm (at [ ]):
 
甲方授予乙方其作品的信息网络传播权的非专有使用权，乙方对甲方的作品进行推广和宣传，双方互利共赢。在协议有效期内，乙方可以将甲方的作品在全球范围内以电子形式制作、传播和销售。“电子形式”是指：按照《中华人民共和国著作权法》等有关规定，将期刊、刊物、博客转换为数字代码形式，并利用软件技术设置阅读功能，以信息网络传播和制作销售电子作品等交互式传播方式向公众提供作品。
Party A hereby grants to Party B, and Party B hereby accepts, a nonexclusive license to disseminate the information on Party A's Works on line for the purpose of promoting and publicizing Party A's Works for mutual benefit and win-win results. During the Term (as defined below) of this Agreement, Party B may produce, disseminate and sell Party A's Works in Electronic Form worldwide. "Electronic Form" means the form of digital codes into which periodicals, journals and blogs are converted in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable regulations, configured with reading functions using software technology, and the online interactive communication methods in which electronic works are produced, sold and made available to the public.
