甲方应向乙方提供其自创刊/创立新媒体以来已经出版/公开发布的期刊、刊物的电子文档、文章、汇编等作品，若无电子文档则应提供样刊。对于协议期内将出版的作品，甲方应在作品正式出版后提供作品的电子文档或相对应的样刊。
Party A shall provide Party B with such Works as the electronic documents, articles, compilations, etc., of the periodicals and journals which have been published/publicly released since the creation of such periodicals or journals or new media, or sample publications in the absence of such electronic documents, etc. For the Works to be published during the Term of this Agreement, Party A shall provide the electronic documents or corresponding sample publications of the officially published Works.
为提高双方的合作效率，对于甲方不能或不便及时提供的作品，甲方接受乙方采取人工或技术手段获取甲方的作品。
In order to improve the efficiency of the cooperation between the Parties, Party A accepts that Party B may obtain Party A's Works by manual or technical means if Party A may not provide or may not conveniently provide such Works.
