乙方享有甲方作品信息网络传播权的非专有使用权，即乙方享有将甲方作品转换为数字代码形式，并利用软件技术设置阅读功能，以信息网络传播和制作销售电子作品等交互式传播方式向公众提供作品的非专有使用权。

译文：Party B is granted a non-exclusive license to disseminate Party A's Works online, i.e., Party B has the non-exclusive right to convert Party A's Works into digital codes, configure them with reading functions using software technology, and make the Works available to the public by means of interactive dissemination, such as by information network, production and sale of electronic Works, etc.

乙方充分尊重作者和甲方权利，明确注明作者，著作权人及信息来源，未经作者和甲方允许，不得改变作品原文内容。

译文：Party B shall fully respect the authors' and Party A's rights, clearly indicate the authors, copyright owners and information sources, and shall not alter the original content of any Work without the permission of its author and Party A.

乙方对作品进行数字化使用的具体技术、方法以及乙方推广数字化作品的方式为乙方的商业秘密；乙方有权许可他人对数字化作品进行版式设计、技术设计，设置和组合独特的阅读功能等，法律另有规定除外。

译文：The specific technologies and methods used by Party B for digital use of the Works and the modes in which Party B promotes the digital Works are Party B's business secrets, and Party B may permit any third party to apply layout design or technical design and/or set up or combine unique reading functions, etc., for the digital Works, unless otherwise provided by law.

根据市场形势，乙方有权决定授权作品的宣传、包装、价格和销售形式；乙方为实现使用甲方授权作品的目的，有权委托第三方将授权作品按甲乙双方约定的使用方式进行制作、传播和销售，在其过程中不得损害甲方的权益。

译文：Party B may decide the form of promotion, packaging and sales and the price of the licensed Works. For the purpose of using the Works authorized by Party A, Party B may engage any third party to produce, disseminate and sell the licensed Works in the mode of usage agreed by the Parties, without prejudice to Party A's rights and interests in the process.

乙方为甲方在北大法宝、北大法律信息网进行宣传，建立网页，并向客户推广、征订刊物。

译文：Party B shall promote Party A through Pkulaw and chinalawinfo.com by establishing webpages for Party A, and promote Party A's periodicals to and solicit subscription from customers.
