甲乙双方应全面认真地履行本协议的各项规定，如发生违约，应赔偿由于违约给对方造成的相应损失。

译文：Each of Party A and Party B shall fully perform the provisions of this Agreement in bona fide, and shall be liable for the losses incurred to the other Party in case of any breach.

与本协议约定事项有关的全部内容，包括但不限于本合同的订立、效力、解释、履行和争议解决均适用中华人民共和国的法律。

译文：Any and all the issues covered by and the settlement of the disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to the execution, validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

凡因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，均应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，按照申请仲裁时该会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

译文：Any and all disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then existing rules of arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both Parties.

如对任何争议向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会申请仲裁，除争议事项或争议事项所涉及的条款外，双方应继续履行本协议项下的其它义务。

译文：If any dispute is submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration, the Parties shall continue to perform their other respective obligations under this Agreement, except for any issue or term under the dispute.
