任职期间：是指乙方与甲方正式签订劳动合同或形成事实劳动合同关系之日开始到双方劳动关系结束（或消灭）为止的期间。如乙方到达退休年龄之后继续为甲方所聘用，则任职期间包括聘用期间，至聘用关系终止之日截止。

译文：Employment Period: refers to the period from the date when Party B and Party A formally enter into an employment agreement or form a de facto employment relationship to the date of termination (or early termination) of the employment relationship between the Parties. If Party B continues to be employed by Party A after reaching the retirement age, the Employment Period shall include the renewed Employment Period and shall end on the date of termination of the employment relationship.

个人或组织：包括任何个人、公司、企业、合伙、协会、事业单位、社会团体或组织，即各类形式的个人或组织。

译文：Individual or Entity: refers to any Individual or Entity of any form, including but not limited to, any individual, company, enterprise, partnership, association, institution, corporation, or organization.

竞争性单位：指全球范围内与甲方生产、经营、从事类似产品或提供类似服务的或对甲方业务构成现实或潜在竞争的个人或组织，包括但不限于：

译文：Competitor: refers to any Individual or Entity which produces or engage in operation or sale of products similar Party A's products, provides services similar to Party A's services, or poses actual or potential competition for Party A's business anywhere in the world, including but not limited to:
（1）从事奶酪业务或乳制品行业中涉及到奶酪业务的个人或组织；
(1) any Individual or Entity engaged in cheese business or in cheese-related business in the dairy industry;
（2）为上述竞争性单位提供支持，例如提供专业咨询或顾问服务的个人或组织；
(2) any Individual or Entity which provides professional consulting or advisory services or any other support for the above-mentioned Competitors; and
（3）上述个人或组织的关联企业及机构。
(3) any Affiliates of any of the above-mentioned Individuals or Entities.

竞争性业务：在全球范围内与甲方所提供的产品或从事的服务相同或类似的业务。

译文： Competitive Business: refers to any business which is identical with or similar to the products or services provided by Party A anywhere in the world.

竞业行为：自己或以他人名义或与其他个人或组织合作，直接或间接的从事竞争性业务；或为竞争性单位提供服务或劳务，包括但不限于担任竞争性单位的合伙人、董事、监事、股东、管理人员或一般职员、代理人、顾问等。

译文：Competitive Act: refers to the act of engaging in any Competitive Business, whether directly or indirectly, or in cooperation with any other Individual or Entity, in his own name or In the Name of Any Other, or the provision of services or labor services for any Competitor, including but not limited to partners, directors, supervisors, shareholders, managers, employees, agents, or consultants of any Competitor.
