未经甲方事先书面许可，乙方在甲方任职期间，不得从事竞业行为同时也应当遵守本协议相关约定。
During the Employment Period, Party B shall not engage in any Competitive Act without the prior written permission of Party A, and shall abide by the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
除本协议中约定的竞业行为以外，在职期间的下列行为将视为乙方从事竞业行为：即乙方及乙方关联人从竞争性单位处直接或间接获得好处，包括但不限于财产性利益、旅游、消费、宴请，且无正当理由的。
In addition to the Competitive Acts specified above in this Agreement, it shall be deemed Party B's Competitive Act if Party B or any of its Affiliates obtains, whether directly or indirectly, any benefit from a Competitor, including but not limited to any property interest, travel reimbursement, hospitality, or banquet, without due cause.
在职期间的竞业限制义务的履行，甲方无需向乙方支付额外补偿。
Party A shall not be obligated to pay any additional compensation to Party B for the performance of its Non-competition obligations during the Employment Period.
