III. The Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China shall be amended as follows:
Delete Article 3.3.2; and redesignate Article 3.3.3 to 3.3.2 and replace it with the following: "(2) involving the cessation of the supply of water, heat, gas or any other public utilities."

The Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Fire Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China, the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People's Republic of China, the Vehicle and Vessel Tax Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, shall be amended accordingly and re-promulgated in accordance with this Decision.
